Old reliable. Consistent high quality and delicious food at a reasonable price for the family. Perfect for lunch or dinner without the gimmicky taco bar vibe.
The burritos are my thing and they never disappoint but, everything we get is always satisfying and their staff is always super helpful and friendly. Love they way they're always contributing to local endeavors as well, they've consistently sponsored the #mauliola foundation golf tournament as well as countless other local sports and activities. It's makes us feel good to spend our money with them.

This is a mainstay for my family whenever we travel to Southern California. The food is always great and so is the service. The location in San Clemente is no different. The employees are extremely friendly and treat you like family. Food comes out hot and delicious.

After finding out we missed The Grill (AKA Surfin Donuts) best Carnitas on the planet, we went to Wahoos. Their shrimp is not to miss! Decided to get a Carnitas taco as well. That was a tad disappointing compared to The Grill. The Mr. Lee sauce almost made up for it!

I always make sure to stop in at Wahoo's whenever I visit my daughter in CA. No question, it's a must. They have the best fresh fish tacos, which makes total sense since they are near the Pacific coast. Hence fish, right? Anyway, I've only had 2 offerings from their menu, the Citrus Slaw Fish Taco and always gotta get the plate, I mean come on! Who in their right mind wouldn't as it comes with choice of 2 tacos, choice of brown or white rice and choice of black or Cajun white beans or sub with a side of their house specialty citrus slaw. Or I have their Bonzai Salmon Bowl. Their Bonzai Bowl is with choice of protein, chicken (Cajun or grilled), pork carnitas, carna asada (100% angus steak), wild caught salmon (Cajun or grilled), sautéed shrimp or sautéed tofu with a mixture of sautéed veggies over rice and beans. Perfection either way I choose. After my many visits there to consume these tasty meals this last visit left me a bit disappointed as the fish in my tacos seemed a bit dry, not moist like it usually is. Hence the 4 stars not 5. Consistency is vital.

Hadn't ever been and was delighted with the grilled blackened fish taco. Super tasty with the citrus slaw. We went out of our way to go so I could sample the tacos, worth it.
